In addition to mentioned adding random letters like z,x and possibly q to your name(or multiple ones to make it even worse) also makes you look like a retard in my book.
e: Last letter can be a capital as long as it accentuates the last letter e.g SpecialK.
For numbers in your nick I would say it's plausible as long it is not combined with any the criteria above and it makes sense as a name.
As you can see I have a strong opinion about this however someones nickname is often a good indication about how old/mature that person is. People with these kind of nicknames are often not older than 16 or 17 or at least don't have a mental age older than that.
