Random PC Fuckup

Since today I can't right click whilst on windows explorer. If I right click on a song/picture etc it displays the loading circle near the cursor and then stays "loading" for a good 10 minutes. If I try to click again it says "windows explorer is not responding" and continues to load untill I have to close it through task manager.

Help!
