resolution for capturing

what is the best resolution to capture ET clips with? =$ I'm doing 1280x720 atm but my muzzleflash is like fucking huge :3 any better ones that don't make the gun look retarded :~>?

It will always scale with your resolution, but I made a .pk3 which will give the Thompson the smaller MP40 muzzle flash.

thompson has bigger muzzleflash than mp40, but when you change resolution and fov it lowers the muzzleflash. I don't wanna remove it, I wanna lower it 8]
