Fuck off, really

was supposed to have my desktop yesterday (ordered it wednesday). then these fuckers call me to say the cpu THEY proposed doesn't fit with the motherboard. was like fuck, ok, give me that i7 one which is 100€ more expensive.
they said okai, it'll be ready tomorrow, call around 2pm
calling at 2pm, shop's fucking closed till 2.30pm

2.35 i call, fucker says oh btw, we don't have the gpu in stock, u gotta wait until tuesday/wednesday

yep, my friend ordered custom built pc, they told it will take 2 days longer than they told, he told thats okay. They called 2 days later that it will take about 1 week to get some part, after all he got the pc 3 weeks later, he sent it back and told that other company made exactly the same pc in 2 days

You should of told them Have it by 2mo or i'll expect a full refund. I am sure you have PC shops elsewhere in Belgium that have all the decent parts to build one and would have it ready within 4 hours?

Processor: i5 Sandy Bridge 150€
Moederbord: Asus SABERTOOTH P67 170€

Had this at first; they were like wtf wat is sandy bridge i duno that lol and he changed it by some i5 CPU together with that motherboard.

2( ! ) days later he found out they don't fit together, so he proposes to go for that i7 one, which is 100€ more

now the gpu ain't good

next will be case
then screen
then spu
then...

Was supposed to be €700 at first, price is around €1200 now lol

Alot of shops have idiots running them.


Just go away from them, they just want to let you pay more.
I hope you didn't pay anything yet. Else tell them to give the money back because you are not happy with there customer service.

just buy online, don't go to a shop most webshops are much better.
i know for example www.azerty.nl are good in building pc's. I know its in NL, but its a lot better than this shit. look www.tweakers.net for more good dutch webshops, else ask your Belgian friends where they buy there stuff online.

ofc, with azerty you get one year warranty on the build itself, if you choose for standard assemblage, you can get more years warranty on the build but thats your choice, i don't see the need for that.

And that's with most webshops. And wtf, it's your pc you dont' need to listen to your mother.

But all parts have atleast 2 years warranty till 5 years depending on the parts.
