Looking for a halfway interesting anime to watch.

Rozen Maiden
Rozen Maiden: Traumend

Naruto
Naruto Shipuuden
Another fucking Naruto season
That third Rozen series. Traumend disappointed me.



People suggested Fairy Tail to me, but it seemed rather disappointing on first sight, so I'd like to ask you for something to watch except if you're going to tell me it's going to be amazing. It seemed like Naruto to me after mentally exchanging "wizard" with "ninja".

If you suggest something, please suggest something UNDER 300 episodes. :X

One Piece is imo debatable. I hate the fact it takes five episodes to build up the climax to a battle, then ten episodes of the brawlers just staring at each other, then five minutes of fighting, repeat forever.

BUT I reckon IF they ACTUALLY start fighting then it's pretty good.

Death Note has an amazing plot and is well thought out, but it's nothing for you if you like to have battles in an anime.

Fullmetal Alchemist... I'd suggest you watch the remake, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. The old one didn't stick to the manga really and the manga was amazing - if you ask me, Brotherhood is the best anime I've watched so far.

black cat was... interesting, really, but it was nothing special. I probably wouldn't have touched it if I had seen FMA: Brotherhood before it.

I don't like how climaxes go on about ten episodes before fights. I've seen a few episodes of One Piece already and can't really appreciate it.

FMA = Fullmetal Alchemist. The original was good, but the remake, Brotherhood, is amazing in my humble opinion. Loaded Afro Samurai, looks promising enough, thank you!

Then it's not for you. I liked it because I was looking I could watch while falling asleep in bed -> no subs, and it's got a decent translation which isn't quite as cryptic and pseudo poetic like other animes I've looked into and quickly dropped again.

Death note - really good story
Elfen lied - almost made me cry sometimes :DDD + learned the song on piano :D
naruto+shippudden/bleach both awesome,sometimes too many filler episodes but the fights are usualy epic
