The fan on my motherboard is making so much noise, it is almost like a plane lifting up...
Is there a good program to control the fan and turn it a bit slower?

if its the casefan which is just plugged into some 12V plug, then you simply need to buy a new silent fan.
I have had the prob at my second pc.
Those fans are fucking cheap so its np.
Afaik the CPU fans can be controlled.
Try it in bios but it depends on ur bios.
there also are programs to control it.
