Lan recruitment sticky

Some admin should make a recruitment sticky for players who r searching a clan for upcoming lan because it starts to by annoying and it'll be easier for players/clan who doesnt search for lan.

LAN is far too far away for that, and 60% of all the ppl who made a thread won't even show up.

lets make it more precise, 80+% wont

and normally admins never do that, users do that

well i didn't want to get flamed by all the ppl who made a thread so i just went with a safe 60% :D

And some1 will prolly make a sticky when the LAN comes closer and serious players start looking for teams!
