Wrong. Non-medics die to 1 headshot if and only if there are 0 medics in their team. This practically never happens in any match.

The explanation is obviously that they didn't have full health.

All I know is that covertops die with 2 bodyshots or 1 headshot in 1-1 sniper duels. In normal matches I shoot so fast that counting the hits would be impossible.
