Need help with quality

Hello, i need help with quality in my video. In VirtualDub it´s perfect, in Adobe Premiere it´s brilliant, but when in put it on own3d.tv, quality lost, don´t you know why? For the final version of media, why i need to convert it? (MPEG,AVi ?)

own3d destroys the quali, no matter what you are trying :)

e: you also should use a moviecfg to get a somewhat decent quali :p

i will use it in fragmovie, this is only a preview, but quality is worse than in VD or Premiere. So i asking...

BTW: Better to upload on Youtube? :)

Always upload them on some FTP or upload website

If they want Stream, I would always prefer to go for Youtube :p
