So Mr. Quakecon Legend Allistar Potter and me got into a discussion about playing Diablo 2 LOD. I suggested it and he said it is "A shit game with shit graphics". Apparently our Enemy Territory oldschooler only plays games with good graphics. I said it was the best game ever, taking into consideration the year it was published, and then Potter blew my mind.

well, it's completly redesigned; new skills, new areals/dungeons, a shitload of new monsters/uniqs/rw's etc. etc. etc.

Another great mod is/was - ce (chaos empire)

eastern sun mod was nice though.

But median XL is without a doubt the best d2 mod i've ever played defenitly worth trying.
+ it supports plugy for a shared stash!
