The problem with Flash is that it's not cross-platform, it has security issues, it's sluggish if ran on older machines (or machines with less processing power, such as Eee PCs) and it's proprietary.
Therefore you should use HTML4 (or soon HTML5), which is cross-platform, has practically no security issues, is not sluggish if ran on older machines and is not proprietary. And also CSS.

E: I mean, it's "ok" to use Flash if you need to embed shit like videos, but sites completely made with Flash are 90% of the time very clumsy (the OP's link is more like a DVD intro menu than a website and that's bad) and almost always fail to run properly with too low resolutions or weak computers, such as minilaptops and phones.
If someone is wrong on the internet, I absolutely have to correct them. However, if they're ridiciolusly wrong and completely lost about something I might get slightly mad. Like with the comment above, because Flash sucks and any webdesigner who didn't learn their trade in an art school should know that.
And I'm not aiming to prove myself in the sense of being a notable person in the community, at least not consciously, if that's what you mean. I've got no interest whatsoever to be a CF-celebrity.
