i think he stands on a small glass board, theres a rope between the buildings and and a rope from the glassboard to the ground, the guy below him just pulles him together with the guy @ 1:55 to the other side

stop excatly at 2:22 and 2:26 u can see the rope for a second and the other rope @ 2:23
