water is quieter but more hassle

fans let dust in which is bad!

you need fans anyway to cool the radiator, but you will have a lot more cooling surface with liquid cooling, thats the main idea behind it.

And the hassle, not much only the installation will take some time. If you set it up properly and use good water + silver, it can last for years.

vents are the entry level cooling and he can get better cooling using better technologies!

he isnt saying add ~2ghz to the clock speed is noob overclocking :d
