confused

Last night i played on the new cb6v6 and cb3v3 configs for the first time. Everything was so much brighter, crisper and smoother, it felt like I was actually playing on an amazing spec PC.

But if I go back on to older configs, its all darker, textures are differnt, more choppy.

So what are the settings cb have changed to make it like this? I'm 100% sure I didn't change anything locally.
