Richard Dawkins & book recommendations

I'm particularly interested in reviews of the selfish gene or unweaving the rainbow, but any of your views on his other books would be great too

Any recommendations on other books (non-fiction only) are also appreciated:)

Thanks guys xxxo

Can't remember the last time I read a book. I am embarrassed.
meh, i've gone through phases....when i was younger (<13) i'd sometimes read a few books per week, when i was ~13-18 i don't think i read more than ~6 books over the 6 years

now i'm back to reading three or four books at a time

Haven't actually read any of his books so if there's something worth picking up I'd be interested too.

Lately I've just been picking books at random from the college library, most include the likes of Nietzsche etc, but topics such as thermodynamics and mechanical science (relevant for my course)

But for non fiction; I've blitzed through this trilogy a few times now http://entertainment.timesonline.co.uk/tol/arts_and_entertainment/books/fiction/article755309.ece

Always an enjoyable read!
I read a big part of the God Delusion a few years back but my English wasn't too great back then so it was a bit too heavy for me. I loved the fact that he quoted Douglas Adams though ^_^
dawkins is good, christopher hitchens is probably a better writer though

you don't have to agree with sociobiology to admit "selfish gene" is quite a nice and interesting book to read. I had to read some parts of that book for "general sociology" course two years ago, and it was a pleasure :).
billions and billions by carl sagan
i remember reading an essay by sagan for A2 philosophy! i like the sound of the book, so i'll order a copy when i've finished reading my current book:)
