i have shit pc and with 15fps in fraps my game lags like shit same on video

1 core pc 2.1 ghz ;e

even if u get 1fps in game it will still record with value U put in fraps - just hell slower :P
anyway were u recording it with 20fps?

put widescreen rersolution and 30fps - if u are going to stll record them with fraps :P that will improve your future clips ;)
