I just want to share to you people who want to loose weight before summer etc etc.
Training hard with a strict diet is always difficult and boring.
But if u have 1 day that you dont eat anything, you can change this and you will have very good improvment on your weightloss and dont make your body immune against protein, wich means your body will take care of the protein better.
So @ saturday 21.00 is your last meal for 24 hours. During this time dont do any training or anything. Just drink water, green tea and coffee.
At sunday 20.00 you got out for a fast walk in 1 hour, when you come home around 21.00 you eat your first meal. Eat healthy, protein (chicken, fish ,etc ), vegetables and good fats.
When you do this, you can have a day with 2 free meals, you should take them on the day on saturday. ( this make diet easier, but if u dont use this 2 meals you will have better weightloss )

have not been training so good during this last monhts.
Started now really serious again, i want to be sexy in summer :)

A high protein intake for a longtime will make body more immune against protein ( body will not use it all )
Having 1 day without anyfood for 24hours, will fix this + you can have 2 free meals @ saturday on day. Wich make diet more easy.
This is even good to use when you are @ BULK time.
