microphone boost

I just changed my headset to my brother's one, its ok and stuff, but the microphone is just way too quite.
I tried to boost it with '1 mic boost' in task manager/sound and stuff, but its still quite.
So I need your help to boost the microphone volume up.
This headset is Manta MM46.

in ventrilo and in ts, the volume is full, and I've got sounddriver, but I cant change shit there
