It works, because the cvar block only kicks in after a few seconds. The whole block is there just to stop people from using low-pitch configs by setting a ridicilously low sensitivity and high m_yaw.
why would you post a script that doesn't work when there are perfectly working ones existing. I didn't click it coz it looked suspicious with letters and numbers in a same word.

You can still set yawspeed to a value greater than 0, but as soon as you do so, the server sets it back to 0.
i also didnt believe it but i had some discussion about it with some clanmate last week and he proved me wrong.
