fps @ new pc

I bought new pc:

Processor: Intel i7 950
Mem: 4GB
Vid: Ati 5450
OS: Win7

and fps isnt good :s like 80 all time. And fps was on my laptop 125. Anybody could help?

ps. recommend good minimizer + acceleration disabler :))

To bad your vidcard doesn't support openGL. Try older drivers or else your fucked.

gfx card sucks for such as good CPU
update gfx drivers
try a different config
make sure ur resolution is set correctly ...

i know that it sucks compared to cpu, but i need vidcard only for pro evolution soccer 4 and quake3 based games :P

if you had a laptop then i d tell you to use the "entertainment-modus" and not the "Safe-enegry-mode".

win7, turn off all the fancy shit, see through bars, etc etc. on my laptop @vista having any windows open (as in unminimized) would cause massive fps lag

u got a processor that could run anything on the planet on full high settings with stable 125 fps and u get 80 fps on a 8 year old open GL game.

SUCCESS

my processor is an i3 540 @ 4.00 GHz i can run multiple ETs with stable 125 fps on dual monitors on highest settings and resolution.
