I didn't have any kind of antivirus detector on my computer, I even disable windows firewall and decrease my mouse polling rate under 235hz to not get lagged or buggied by either slac or setpoint mouse driver (I have mx518), and nothing.
I was planning to take screenshots of those laggy moments but don't really know, I am running out of ideas. As I recall I got that problem during NC match I was playing on Sunday vs Belgium. Not saying lag made me lost but crearly it affect my shot at one point.
I am in colombia right and I play euro servers every time, ppl complain about me being a high pinger which is normal 198-stable-ping, I really understand its annoying but some random days SLAC decide me to have 248 which is and Indian and Chinese ping which is SHIT, UNPLAYABLE, FUCKED UP!
there u will find your ping problem
You started with cmd command? You should be in the Dos box and type in there the tracert command.
depending on wich Windows version you have u should start the Dos box with admin rights (Win7)
e: click on Start > all Programs > Accessoris > right click Command Prompt and then choose "run as admin"
gonna check how much fps i can reach with another "ss test".
Back to linux client you...you... YOU! Though at this point it is quite obvious that it won't never see daylight, just announce it so sites & cups can act by that fact.
Problem, chaplja ?
buy better pc = no probs
