workout!

Hello fellow crossies, hows things?

Usually when a new year starts and suddenly summer isnt that far out of reach we all start being healthy, workou, eat healthy, you name it!

It's been an awesome day today for me judging by the activities i've done

1 hour traditional weightlifting

25-30 min crossfit (my friend challenged me directly after my workout....)

1 hour boxing

by the way, anyone here on crossfire who is training crossfit as their main type of workout?

Hm I had a break today. I will keep training tomorrow. :P
just gym 3 times a week, going out and drinking and being a student. Nearer summer il step it up and do cardio etc.

I cant stand not going to the gym. I had a break for a month and i felt so skinny and horrible.

nice, I agree about not working out. Even when I take my 1-2 weeks brakes each 3 months or so, I start feeling skinny and weak. Can't sleep as much/not tired in the evenings, can't eat as much, everything is just wrong....kind of workout addict :o

Being sick is just....horrible

I just started hitting the gym, gonna go everyday :D
And if I'm sore, just gonna run on the treadmill

well if your doing like muscle building,you should give your self at least 2days in a week to rest, that's when your muscle grows..
