Hello fellow crossies, hows things?
Usually when a new year starts and suddenly summer isnt that far out of reach we all start being healthy, workou, eat healthy, you name it!
It's been an awesome day today for me judging by the activities i've done
1 hour traditional weightlifting
25-30 min crossfit (my friend challenged me directly after my workout....)
1 hour boxing
by the way, anyone here on crossfire who is training crossfit as their main type of workout?

I cant stand not going to the gym. I had a break for a month and i felt so skinny and horrible.
