Definition: Swaffling is defined as the swinging back and forth of the penis and (intentionally) slapping it against something or someone, among others to sexually arouse oneself of someone else.
In The Netherlands, swaffling has made it to the news on several occasions. The aforementioned proclamation of the word as Dutch Word of the Year 2008 has been one such occasion, but a more infamous newsflash was that of a pupil being sent away from school after swaffling the Taj Majal and putting a video of it on the internet. Dutch swafflers are eagerly awaiting similar newsflashes from the rest of the world.
