own3d quality

Hi
I'm struggling to get decent quality when uploading my test clips to own3d
When there on my pc the quality is really good but as soon as i upload its unviewable and tbh shit
So if anyone is willing to give me some tips or help on how to improve this I will be thankful

upload to vimeo.com , there is no way to improve quality on own3d :)

ye on vimeo and even youtube the quality is really good
its just that some people get decent quali on own3d and was wondering what i was doing different

ye but when i finish my movie putting it on own3d makes it easier for people to watch it and find it :(
