yes, he was, but the fact is that the referee whistled because of the foul, not the off-side.
also, off-side is whistled when you receive the ball. Ibra first fouled and then received the ball, therefore I think the precedence is given to the foul.

Spurs showed jack shit in the second half, apart from van der Vaart with a brilliant shot and a random counterattack. Milan didn't do anything to deserve better than this though; it was a poor match.
