So I opened a ticket at their "Help desk" about this problem of mine, they told me to download UAC3 anticheat(it's for cod I believe) and to register it. ??:D
Is it possible that this is my problem?(I highly doubt so).

My bad then, never heard of it and there were a link to profile as an example how it should be, and he had only cod there.

Yes I'm using UAC3, because I have to use it for COD4 :(
