The time is here, me alexL ask for help !
I need tips how to make my chicken, the thing is i will only use chicken and vegetables.
Im so fucking tired of just doing fry or grill the chicken with salt, pepper and chil and with vegetables on the sidei.
I need some help now with my diet, do you know how to do some nice soup or something with just chicken and vegetables ! nothing else!

lost 4kg first week, much water tough cuz of intermittent fasting 24 hours.

Good luck with eating chicken and vegetables and not getting enough nutritions.
Im only talking now how to do the food in different ways, you dont have to learn me about nuturion at all, i dont need fruits in my diet.

after that you just stick it in the oven for about 1,5 h at 225 degrees and its done.
the advantage is that you dont need to add any butter or oil to keep the chicken juicy and therefore you have a tasty chicken with little fat.
I'm serious. ;)
garlic, onions, fresh coriander chicken bouillon, just a little cumin and some red pepper powder.
put the garlic and onions with just a little oil in the pot and soften in up, then add everything else and bring it to a boil and let boil for a while
And of course add as much chicken as you like! Serve it with a little cheese, maybe some nachos if you want and sour cream
If you skip the cheese and nachos you have a solid low calorie soup!
Edit: salt/peber efter smag, boullion hvis man er til gourmet :D

Or just put it in grillstuff and put ut in the oven for diffrent tastes its also awesome
those 2 are the best once
even tho my personal favo is
250g chicken taco flavours,
100g quico rice
300g sallad
130g Kvarg with sour souce mixed
gives around 600 calories and mostly protein even the rice is 16g protein per 100g
