Food help !

The time is here, me alexL ask for help !

I need tips how to make my chicken, the thing is i will only use chicken and vegetables.
Im so fucking tired of just doing fry or grill the chicken with salt, pepper and chil and with vegetables on the sidei.

I need some help now with my diet, do you know how to do some nice soup or something with just chicken and vegetables ! nothing else!

yesterday i eat chicken n rise with a souce wich had fresh orange juice in it

cook water with buillon and the chicken for half an hour. get the chicken out and get rid of the bones and cut the meat into little sticks. get them back into the water. get your vegetables inside the water also and cook it untill they are ready. soup is ready now, feel free to add salt pepper etc as much as u like it yourself

Stuffed chicken with vegetables.
Fry it. Add fries to the menu. Leave out vegetables.
its nice mixed with bami (some vegetables) and ananas xD

hehe i get enough with vitamins and minerals, dont worry.
Im only talking now how to do the food in different ways, you dont have to learn me about nuturion at all, i dont need fruits in my diet.

put the chicken and some vegatables in this thing (lergryta):

after that you just stick it in the oven for about 1,5 h at 225 degrees and its done.

the advantage is that you dont need to add any butter or oil to keep the chicken juicy and therefore you have a tasty chicken with little fat.

Well my maids use this certain kind of tools that squeeze vegetables soup from within! :O So no need for water and stuff.

I'm serious. ;)
50/50 tomato sauce and water
garlic, onions, fresh coriander chicken bouillon, just a little cumin and some red pepper powder.

put the garlic and onions with just a little oil in the pot and soften in up, then add everything else and bring it to a boil and let boil for a while

And of course add as much chicken as you like! Serve it with a little cheese, maybe some nachos if you want and sour cream

If you skip the cheese and nachos you have a solid low calorie soup!

hemmelige opskrifter er hemmelige :D kylling i karry ftw brand din karry af i gryden med lidt olie/smør og finthaket løg- smid kyllingestykkerne ned og brun dem lidt tilsæt dine grøntsager sammen med lidt fløde/vand/madlavningsfløde og lad det koge til grøntsagerne er møre. izi peacy

Edit: salt/peber efter smag, boullion hvis man er til gourmet :D

you should make a journal of what you actually eat then so people can see how much hard work is it just to stay fresh

Just make the souce with Kvarg its awesome, buy it at LIDL its cheap and perfect for diet

Its mostly protein in it

Or just put it in grillstuff and put ut in the oven for diffrent tastes its also awesome

those 2 are the best once

even tho my personal favo is
250g chicken taco flavours,
100g quico rice
300g sallad
130g Kvarg with sour souce mixed

gives around 600 calories and mostly protein even the rice is 16g protein per 100g

put chicken in pan till they are almost done, then put some pinapple on top and a little slice of cheese and bake by 170° for like 18-20 minutes :>
