I doubt it. I ordered internet for my new flat on the 11th of December. They sent me a message saying an engineer would be here to fit it on the 25th of December... I phoned them up and they said there was a glitch in their system. They turned up (finally) on the 14th of February. Only to turn up without the tool they needed to fit a flats internet. I am now sitting around with no idea if / when they will fit it.
