I see you're doing some more muay thai too, keep at it!
I onyl done almost 2yrs, was more interested in training @ muay boran and my warmup ended up kicking a bad for about 100 each leg then 100 pushups, 100 situps 100 crunches :( But worth every moment of it! Was just too expensive to keep at it, £5 a lesson when you have no income, trying to go 3-4 times a week... :P

ye, muay thai is going pretty strong! we do some western boxing and grappling as well..it's more of a standing MMA class than muay thai to be fair:D

i don't really like doing excessive plyo work, it interferes with recovery from my gym work which kinda annoys me!

i enjoy learning the technique and the cardio though! the classes are good fun too :)

Our classes did cover a wide range of things too, krabi krabong, brazilian ju jutsu, mma, krav maga and general street-style self defence which was real handy! But still prefered muay boran more than anything.

Some great things to be learned while training, both physically and mentally and helps you through rl situations nP! :))

gift shop was a bit shitty, we just wanted to go eat at that point so we skipped through (some of the massive £50-55 teddies are amazing though) :D

don't know what the highlight was for me...the giant sea turtle was pretty incredible
