the scope disappears from the snipers pov by movement over a certain velocity then theres an animation for putting the gun away which you see as a player, and the animation lasts longer than it takes for the scope to disappear from the snipers screen...
just because it looks like he has the scope on doesn't mean he does
yeah you would have to unscope but this 0.4 seconds of evidence isn't really enough for me, especially when a guy on his team has the old cheater medallion after his name ;D
i hate people with red and white flags as much as the next guy but this is a just silly
i can give you a demo, where i specced one guy on pub. he was covert & hacked (so scopeview all the time) & was able to reload & run & shoot, so no, when you hack, the sniperview won't disappear when you have to reload
speaking about coverts, just deleted a demo yday where I accidentaly tked half of teamfusion(you, cypher and vowel) with a satchel while trying to blow crane controls through the wall, now that's cheats

tbh: when you told me, he scoped while running, then i thought, you would show me a vid/demo, where you are in his pov & he is running, but this is no hax at all, this is the exact thing what unblind said. you are a short period of time in scopemode, even while you are running.
