Dunno about NotScripts, but the problem with Chrome's AdBlock was that it loaded the ads but just didn't display them. On Firefox it doesn't even load the ads in the first place, which saves bandwidth and speeds up browsing.

not scripts is essentially a clone of noscript but because of the api available with chrome it does take a bit more rendering power.. the only problem is you don't get the option to click on an element such as a blocked *video to allow it you have to go through the script gui and allow the entire tld

there are two ad block plugins for chrome and certainly the one i use added that feature a while ago!

i wasn't planning on ditching firefox but with those two plugins im just as happy with chrome and it is ahead in development cycles atm tbh, also i tend to have at least one video on while browsing other stuff and you can juggle the tabs around and between windows without interrupting playback which is very nice with more than 1 monitor

so there are still ups and downs but chrome feels slicker for me atm :]

I am using Firefox, but according to the lastest benchmarks chrome is the best.
