The title gets people thinking big names such as Jose Mourinho, Alex Ferguson, eVo or Arsene Wenger. But this journal is about someone far greater then these guys.

I am talking about the one and only John Sitton.

I present to you a very motivational speech during a Div 1 game where they are 1-0 down at half time. Yes he does sack one of his players and does offer a fight to 2 more! Best type of manager ever if you ask me.



Does anyone else know of any other managers or people who are like this?
