Winchester probs

I've got 2 HDD, and 4 partitions. I just used a format on my C:(so reinstall xp), it was fine and stuff, but now, Windows can't see my other hdd. In bios, it says I've got it and stuff, but if I let to load windows, then I just can't see my partitions.
Any ideas ?

Assign drive letters to the "hidden" partitions (right click on My Computer -> Manage -> Storage - Disk Management.

you still have to mount the partition to see it.
