I've got 2 HDD, and 4 partitions. I just used a format on my C:(so reinstall xp), it was fine and stuff, but now My computer and disk-management can't see my other hdd. In bios, it says I've got it and stuff, but if I let to load windows, then I just can't see my partitions.
Any idea ?
Any idea ?
e: and it sounds kinda bullshit
e: and its not in anymore
but what do you mean by detect? bios shows me that my hdd is fine, bios tells details like size and stuff, so it seems fine, but in My computer and in Disk-management I cant see it.
But Windows can't handle my other hdd, while it could yesterday. when I started to format(where I can select to which partition I want to install xp), I couldn't see my 2 other partitions, but I didn't care because i have datas there, so I wouldn't delete them. I installed xp and everything is fine, apart from I can't see my other hdd. bios can.
Start -> Right Click Computer -> Properties
Device Manager (on left side)
Click the Disk Drives arrow to show the list
Find Your Drive You Installed Here
Right Click on the Drive -> Uninstall
After the SATA HDD disappears, click the Action menu -> Scan For Hardware Changes
