Havent watched the video. Too hangovered to see some cow without the head :S

But the cow could have lived couple of minutes after if the breathing part and the vital parts of brains were still there.

you prolly havent watched any documentaries about cows being slaughtered? in some(many) cases, they are still alive after they've been "killed", not to mention the cow shown in this video is mainly missing the mouth area. I'm actually quite sure this video isn't a fake. Just because humans wouldnt survive that, it doesnt mean other beings couldnt. Obviously the cow would not live long, most likely it was executed after the video, but its not so abnormal to have it standing like that.
