Yesterday eve there came one good radioshow and they played only "old music" from 90s and didn't remember that there were so many good songs/bands like Coco Jamboo, The Offspring and maybe even Spice Girls. And I started to gather some best songs into my spotify playlist!

You should join 90s evenings on fridays #immortalstorm with dj Timpuri (mostly just playing that 90s show from yle-areena, I guess that was what you were listening).

Help me, cant remember the "good song" thats on my mind. Woman singing, dancing on field or the song was about fields, almost like Whigfield-like. X-perience Google was faster :) Though the song that was my mind was "Neverending dream".

CDM project - A neverending dream or some groove coverage( would include in eurodance section!)

Apulanta from 90s is (3,5 first album) are the only ones I can listen of those nowadays, except when drunk or some special occasion...

Sadly there ain't coming any new good bands, maybe Happoradio but it is too early to say about them

80x5 squat
and 80x5 DL
got form correct only recently on deadlift, squat still needs a bit of touching. if dave tate was to observe my bench i'm sure he'd find something wrong there aswell

Well Im kind of focusing on bench and deadlift from now on... First I hurted my upper back and then my elbow when squatting so Im kind of frustrated with it at the moment, luckily I didnt get any injuries. That is also why I stopped doing SS and now Im doing 2 fullbody-workouts splitted in 2 so I train 4 days a week. I do normal squat lightly once a week.

Dumbell Incline Bench Press
Tricep exercise
Lateral raises

Pull ups

Overhead press

So atm Im concentrating on bodybuilding faggotry + raising my total in bench and dl

E: Btw I recommend you to switch to some benchpress program soon (on others SS works for longer time) when you start stalling often. It isnt wise to keep pushing same monotonous sets of 5 reps for months and months.

i somehow am glad i was borned in the 80 s.i saw the good music of 80s i lived the 90 s and i sadly seen how this days music is just more and more garbage by each day.
