I've finally discovered after 2 years that it was my anti vir gurard which was making my game so unstable fps wise. Turned out simply turning it off didn't make it perfect, I had to disable the process. I'm fucking falling in love with ET all over again \o/.

Smooth as fusen's bottom.

Feels like an Alienware PC actually, "<3 Dell" :-)

I am using anti vir as well and I haven't problems with fps drops.

ya but every time the process is running its laggy fps wise and when its killed its so smooth! If only I'd had ET running like this from the start :-)

EDIT: at least I didn't get fps lags now that I turned it off.... bah foonr u should have found this out and tell me this 2 years ago :(
