well i just need some help

i want to use this programm to record shoutcast http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

and i dont know this programm so are there some special tricks/tips how to us it ?

like better quality or something els

theres somewhere a tutorial about shoutcasting, maybe it can help you with some things!

Use lame mp3 library to be able to save your cast as mp3. Otherwise it's pretty easy you just have to press play / record / pause buttonsyou can cut some parts by selecting and pressing "ctrl+k".

hm i got now how to conver to mp3 but if i make an record i cant save it i dont get why

Do you press the "stop" button before saving? By the way, if you haven't installed lame library yet, you can only save as .wav.
