it's not that hard to imagine what lockheed does with it, probably for simulations etc. same for thyssen

well i guess its rather for rendering good looking "demos".
i think there is more advanced aeronautical software than a gaiming engine.

aeronautical software =! graphic renderer
ofc no one would try to calculate or simulate the dimensions of hightechparts with a game engine but to visualise them you need a graphic renderer.
