Well he's just sick, what I find more disturbing and/or sad is when a man/woman gets murdered and their wife/husband/kids are left behind. And in my oppinion, he's choosing the weak way out.
Yea, definitely. But what Im not sure about that part is: Does he mean "thats just what life is" or "life is what failed you" ? Thats what I was wondering about.
I guess he meant that the way of living your life depends of your choices and that he probably made the wrong one, that he could change his life in another way

My apologies for misunderstanding, however I don't really think books are the solution to understand the basic human emotions. Many philosophers have a habit of being both delusional and isolated from other people, how could they know any better?

yes it takes practise to control the filters. first step should be to wake up, though not necessary, study and practise.
