how every house episode works:

1) random sick person
2) random sick person get a diagnose + medication
3) random sick person gets even more sick - house and crew are like WTF IS THAT SHIT
5) random sick person get diagnosed again with all shit avi + 2 commercials
6) random action by house who somehow got enlightened by his walking stick
7) random sick person gets medicated once again with the ultimate shit
8) random sick person isnt longer sick nd goes home
9) random house still is forever alone
10) random next week preview + THE END
