You're not necessarily a bad admin but it would be smart to explain your decisions a couple of times. There's nothing forcing you to do so but it sure would gain you some respect and confidence of community members.

No offense, but I don't particularly care about this cheater's respect. Secondly, his journal was reported for "being offensive towards women" and with my Polish being as it is, I trusted the report.

It's not just about his respect and confidence. I think there are quite some members in this community who like to see a short reply in topics like these.

Just to be clear: I'm not talking about you being right or wrong as an admin nor do I need such replies myself. I just think it would serve you well.
