All advice I can really give you is to write everything down, your nutrition, your training, your bodyfat values, how you feel ... everything!
Then try stuff for a month, compare and see what works for "you"
or if that's all too serious start smoking crack and you won't need to diet anymore ":D"
if you're fat make a diet and do training later
if you're slim just train like a madman and eat loads of potato and egg
