SLAC not remembering

Since SLAC was updated it does not remember my username/password anymore. Ticking the "Remember me" checkbox does not do what it is expected to do.

Everytime I start SLAC the username/password is empty and I'm not logged in.

What gives?

delete old slac folder ( old version if u still have it )

launch slac while pressing capslock

worked for me

start slac, put in your login/pass and point it to et.exe, when you've dont that, don't launch et from slac, just exit slac... that saved it for me and the m8s... but clearly a bug.

i had the same problem when i started it automatically with HLSW.
so i just started the SLAC.exe, logged in, saved my data, didnt start the game, just closed the window.

then started again via HLSW and SLAC was able to remember me :)

I saved for me from the get go, I didn't even get rid of the old SLAC, its still there
