The 2:2 was the reason, not the substitution of Robben. So your point is pretty much wrong. Inter got the momentum and Bayern was afraid and tired, it's as simple as that. Furthermore Bayern still had the better chances even after the equalisation.
point it, after robben left the field, they didnt had as much power at midfield as they had before, therefore more attacks + more chances for inter and while robben had 3 guys on him all the time, noone wasnt able to replace that thingy and yet again more players for attack.
