My headset is on its way out i guess and require a new one soon!
ATM i have a cheapish Plantronics gaming headset.
Would like something a little better for a new one.
My budget is up to £50. As i really cannot justify spending more for nerding around in my spare time.
I see that the creative fatal1ty range is cheap now, are they any good or not?
Any suggestions would be great!

its comfortable + quality of sound and mic are very good.
bin ziemlich enttäuscht mit meinen! hatte vorher razer barracuda und die waren vieeel besser. liegt wohl daran dass siberia nur ein stereo headset ist. kA :(
don't buy it
All you need is experience, and I am not joking, an experienced player "uses" the sounds better.
Experience what ET and other games are.
Hf with ur new headi :)
even if i compare my new headset ( siberia v2 ) to my old one ( razer barracuda ) i must admit that my old one was better by far, i heard the opponents better and ealier.
U GOT ME
had a few cheaper sennheiser sets before they did the job ok but the cups pushed down on my ogre ears so i was sad after say two wars of flap crushing misery
its not the best soundwise though, but i think its OK overall.
if i needed a headset now, i would give sennheiser a try anyway...
+ regular headphones
Alright, don't buy any gaming branded product. I'm not saying they are necessarily bad products but the price/quality ratio is awful in most cases.
Get a cheap desk microphone (or your old headset around your neck) and buy regular quality headphones from companies that actually know their business like Sennheiser, AKG, Beyerdynamic etc.
