1st EC since a long time

without me. I don't need to browse all these irc channels, I don't need to check lineups, scores. I don't manage any clan actively (still <3 Sleeperz tho!). At last but not least, there won't be 7th edition of #evu.cup hosted by myself (

But since I'm ill (since 2 weeks already, taking another antibiotics, shit stuff :2) and I'm not moving away till next week, I got some time to waste lol. Therefore, I checked EuroCup signups and I thought how would the qualifiers might look like if I had stayed. Well, let's go:
Direct invites:
First 3 choices should not surprise. Top3 last EC, potentially candidates for top3 now. Last choice was hard (I'd do #evu.cup to find out who to give it), but for now I would decide on bF because of their results in 2010 and because I think Rage that placed 4th lost some power by picking frozz and fryzer.
Qualifiers:
rockit is playing actively last days - that's a very good move made by newly formed team. Their lineup and recent results are enough to receive an EC qualifier but if you guys hope to get a better seed @ qualis, you need to beat more demanding opponents. EC quali to tA as well because of 4th place in last OC Prem and #1 spot in CB ladder
3 out of 4 here are unquestionable. Some say that nordic should get a direct cause of winning OC Premier and their recent results. I just like to remind you that in the season they won OC, they screwed their chance to get an EC quali miserably losing their chance to inteRaction and fuzion. The pressure of playing EC quali is one of the highest possible. Last time they failed, this time they're stronger I believe. Also a spot to iR once again. I'm not 100% sure they deserve it but I don't see any better alternatives at the moment.
Codelust #3 of last OC Premier vs finnish powerhouse raab might be an interesting battle to find out which team is in better shape at the moment. teamoxid #2 last OC. I was wondering whether to give them a chance to meet (they didn't in OC playoffs) but I think FI vs FI could be more eye-catching.
In this season a returning to activity team will be Friends in Force as Power Gaming. Target as a last team with an EC quali - also I don't see a better option, besides I saw that they're somewhat active @ GTV with some quite good results (eg. beat iR).
