started back the gym again, been back training for a week now after a 6month break! Fucking loving it, done back and legs today and im fucking feeling it!
going 4 days a week, wont be long before im lifting big weights again, cant wait!! starting to lose the christmas pudge aswell already

friday - shoulders
saturday - arms/legs

I still go rock climbing every other week and cycling most days/evenings so that's where I keep active now :Pp
