Veits paha olla täna, nii et oleks päris hea :D
Boga :)
Gonna eat the same now :P
Lunch: Probably going for some fried eggs with mangetout and peas
Dinner: Grilled chicken and a mixed salad with vinaigrette
On average I'm spending 15-20 Euro per week on food (3 meals a day, 5-7 days a week). Of course you can't buy expensive stuff like salmon, beef or expensive cuts of meat.
I'm having either chicken or pollock fish almost every day with different vegetables. If not it's either tuna or eggs. My diet is pretty high on proteins and I'm trying to avoid carbs, especially not having any at dinner. That might even make it a little more expensive since meat, fish or dairy products tend to be more expensive than a pack of pasta or rice.
And I also think it kinda depends if a person knows how to cook. Doesn't need to be posh stuff, just basic receipes. A selfmade sauce bolognese is cheaper than a package sauce any time, atleast if you think about the ingredients. And also the other big plus is that you actually know what goes into your body when you do it yourself. There's so much junk out there, not only in fast food, but also in basic every day products (especially in those "light" versions)
Edit:
Quick breakdown of today's meals:
Breakfast: about 0,48 Euro
Lunch: about 1,10 Euro
Dinner: about 1,95 Euro
That's without energy and other standard costs ofc. Just the products.
Goal is 90 kgs :-d
Started the diet and changing my life with 176,6 :-[
as desert, i got myself a nice super de boer mergpijpje (€0,77 for 5x50g)
nice chick
but i did the same
boiled potatoes
5g creatine
(I'm not taking any though, but it atleast this stuff doesn't seem to be as bad as I first thought, just had a quick google :))
Supplements as such give me the creeps as well :P
But it seems it paid off for him (and a lot of other ppl) and his development certainly deserves some respect.
I'm just not into most supplement stuff (well, some vitamins, magnesium and stuff) and always think that it might be healthier to get the nutrition through normal food.
But as I just found out with the creatine, for some things it might not be possible to substitute the pills with normal food.
I also try to get most of my nutrition from normal food but it is so easy to use multivita, zinc, DHPA/EPA -pills (it is the same as fishoil) and such. When I trained at younger age I didnt use any of this stuff, only whey isolates. Im glad I started trying out this stuff because Im progressing and recovering so much faster than I did when I was younger.
