Well originally they are healthy but after you across the certain point (start lifting competitively = start liftinh heavy ass weights) the risk of injury increases. But he did the moves correctly and there was no harm done.
Ye not only the risk of injury, I recon this could put a dangerous amount of pressure and stress at some of your joints. I guess it looks more like that to an untrained eye like mine, but still I wouldn't dream of doing that eventhough I did abit of powertraining under supervision of my coach back when I still played basketball years ago.
Theres a limited imo when it stops being healthy or advantagous. Just like running a marathon. I don't think this guy overdid himself, just seems to me it's really hard to know when you are overdoing yourself.
